Dosa

Dosa is South Indian, fermented crepe made from rice batter and black lentils. Masala Dosa, specifically, is when you stuff it with a lightly cooked filling of potatoes, fried onions and spices. Rava Dosa (Semolina Dosa) is a thin and crispy crepe made from semolina (rava) batter. All dosas are gluten-free and can be made dairy-free upon request.
